Physical Store Opening Soon!

Hello Fashion Friends,

We are excited to announce that Patryka Designs will be reopening Friday May 15^th. To start we will be opening the following modified hours:

Monday to Saturday: 10am to 4pm

Sunday: Closed (appointments only)

We have been hard at work to retool the store and our procedures to meet our new normal. We have missed everyone and look forward to the return of sharing Spring 2020 with you. We feel it is important to communicate with you the work we have done, the new look of the store, and the new protocols that have been put in place for your safety and ours. We have broken it down into three sections for you to review: store preparation, staff safety, and customer interaction.

The store still looks fantastic, but you will notice some changes.

Store Preparation:

• Remerchandising of store for better traffic flow
• Extensive deep cleaning of every corner of the store
• Tap up to $250 activated for all credit cards
• Plexiglass screen installed at the cash register
• Hand sanitizer throughout to the store

We look forward to seeing you, but we want to be safe for ourselves and our families. You will notice we will be wearing masks, but they have been made to suit our personalities. 😊

Staff Safety:

• For your protection, all staff members will be wearing masks
• Staff who are not feeling well, will not report to work
• Regular hand washing & sanitizing by all staff members
• Disinfecting of credit card terminals, pens, telephones, etc. after every use
• Disinfecting of all change rooms after every use
• Steaming of all clothes that have been tried on & not purchased

We know a lot of you have been missing shopping and the fun we have at the store, but for your safety and the safety of all our customers, we will have some important “rules” in place.

 Customer Interaction:

• No more than 4 customers in the store at any given time
• Apply hand sanitizer upon entering the store
• Please practice social distancing at all times
• Wearing of a mask or gloves is optional
• Please do not enter if you are feeling ill
• All instore purchases are final sale for your protection
• No cash sales if possible

As we move into the next phase, our plan will evolve, and we will keep you notified of important changes that are made.
